a sr road driver from ft smith ark has his run taken from him for going over the head of his tm.he was # 1 or # 2 on the road board.he ran to memphis tn.they were cutting his run 2 to 3 times a week.come to find out they (managment)was letting another guy run it!the senior man went to the tm to complain and was told it happens,he said it was not right to give his run away to a junior man,long story short,he called corp and the lady he talked to said it would be taken care of,end of story he thought,he went into work and was told they got rid of his runall toghter and now he would be a system driver,the tm then said to him that is what happens when you try to go over my head,bear in mind this guy was with the big e since they started in ft smith.
