My problem here is that Richmond knows 99.9% of the problems and fails to acknowledge and fix these problems. They are more guilty of all these problems because they have the power to fix it. The management of their company is the reason for the downfalls. If Richmond cared one bit about it's drivers and docks, this crap would have stopped long ago.
When they keep us at each others throats and have dissent among the workers themselves, their at their happiest. When we don't look out for and stick up for each other, it's all to their advantage. That's exactly what they want.
We need to stop these dirtbag drivers and dockworkers from hurting the rest of us.
Until we unite and quit the internal bickering, we'll never get anything done and Mr. E will continue to gloat.
That's why I favor union, it seems to be the only way we can fix management and get rid of the few pieces of crap in our own profession. At least union you're guaranteed equality.
I know I've been on the cusp lately about whether or not I favor organizing, but with all that is coming out and the problems within our own, I have taken the leap and say lets vote.
My two pieces.
