Pro's and Con's

Just thought maybe we all could post the pro's and con's of going Union at the wrokplace. Let's say each point is worth 10 points.Bashing the Union should not count as a validated point, as bashing Non-Union should not be counted.I'll start this. Just curiuos how this would stack out.
