Missouri worker crushed at steel-processing plant

A Missouri man was crushed to death Friday at a steel-processing plant, Mississippi County officials said.Brandon Johnson, 30, of Caruthersville, Mo., a town in the Missouri Bootheel just north of Mississippi County, died of injuries suffered in the accident at Gibbons Steel shortly before 7:45 a.m., according to reports from the Mississippi County sheriff's office and county Coroner Mike Godsey.
