Yeah, it's a stretch alright, but we both know the spin the anti-union people use when a plant closes or relocates soon after an organizing attempt. I doubt people will wake up soon, just wonder how bad things have to get prior to the pendulum swinging back towards organized labor. Some people in this county where I live are so anti-union, when my wife had a garage sale, they would not get out of the car when they saw me doing yard work in my Teamster t-shirt!! .... Morons.

With the recent gutting of NLRB by our present King will having the NLRB come in do any good?

One of the things was that it would make it harder to form Unions at the work place and make it easer to the companies to get rid of them. There was a link somewhere on this board about this.

I hope the workers prevail.

Maybe if they have an election and the teamsters are voted in the company will be as sucessful as YRC.

Or APA or Red Star or CF or Nationa Way or Preston..

It seems like the owner knows the kiss of death for his company will be the teamsters, as it has been for every LTL carrier.
