Eight Latinos filed a class-action lawsuit Monday alleging exploitation and labor violations by a Twin Cities drywall company.The plaintiffs claim they were among a class of Latino workers who were paid below minimum wage, required to work overtime at a substandard rate and denied economic and health benefits. They are identified as John Does in the lawsuit, which was filed in federal court.
