Cargill Inc. has been ordered to pay a $100,000 fine for environmental violations at an Iowa Falls biodiesel plant.Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller claims in a lawsuit filed Monday that the plant failed to adequately pretreat sludge released into the city's treatment plant for several months between 2005 and 2007.
