A state prison agency spokesman says 9 correctional officers face firing and one faces suspension in a brutality investigation at Roxbury Correctional Institution near Hagerstown.Sources tell The Associated Press that the discipline stems from a severe beating the officers gave an inmate in retaliation for an attack on officers March 6th.
