A second teacher at Wilmington's Cab Calloway School of the Arts is suing the Red Clay School District for wrongful termination.Frances Angstadt alleges the district didn't give her sufficient notice that she didn't have good relationships with students. Her attorney Timothy Wilson says the district's grounds for termination don't add up because the school system sent Angstadt on a beach trip by herself with a group of students.
