I personally chose my job cause of the structure of the operation (non) is where I work. I didn't want to babysit a telephone, have to work weekends, sleep in a motel. I could go on and on. Yes your union job has two better benefits, but I will sacrafice those to enjoy the home time with my son. If anyone plans right for there future you can retire very comfortable without help [negotiator]. Drive safe tommorow.
