Default Tyson Foods workers in Logansport sue over OT
Workers at a Tyson Foods plant in northern Indiana accuse the company in a federal lawsuit of failing to pay overtime for a litany of tasks that includes putting on safety equipment, sharpening knives and cleaning equipment.The lawsuit says the company violated both federal labor law and the Indiana Minimum Wage Law.
