Why is it that anytime anyone posts that a company should be paying its hardworking dedicated employees overtime the union bashing starts? Its not really a union issue, most nonunion ltl companies also pay overtime..... Here we are in the 21 century & a couple of companies still use a loophole in the law to avoid paying their employees what they are intitled to.

That was posted in a thread about a trucking company looking to buy another ltl carrier.....I swore off posting on that forum because 2 or 3 usernames on there get very upset & defensive when the "overtime" word is used & they attack the poster instead of the issue of overtime.
Note that Crazy One didn't make any reference about overtime being a union issue.
