 Older union workers
I worked for Roadway for two years. I noticed that the older union workers don't like to socialize with the new recruits. If you ask them a question, they just shake their heads and say, "You just don't understand." The younger workers will help. I'm pro union but there seems to be a separtation between the younger and older workers. I guess I have to be at Roadway for 30 years to get their approval and to understand managements attempt to screw me over. |
