 for union members
i know alot of guys who work for non union LTL companies and would like to be union but the union companies are not hiring. how can you want everyone to join the union when the union companies are not hiring? I dont feel right about trying to get the union in a company. I think if the company i work for is not union and i want to be in a union then i should leave and work for a union company. If there are not union companies hiring then i should stay where im at and not complain. If union companies are as good as you say, why does it seem that they are not growing as fast as other nonunion ltl companies? |
