Unions increase productivity, according to most recent studies. The voice that union members have on the job—sharing in decision-making about promotions and work and production standards—increases productivity and improves management practices. Better training, lower turnover and longer tenure also make union workers more productive.

It kinda sounded like his blood pressure was up just a wee bit.maybe overtired from working too much.. At least he didn't call us gangsters: And as far as the grocery thing goes, seems everytime I deliver to one it's about 80% o/o and usually have to wait for one TRYING to back in..Grocery warehouses take advantage of everyone, they don't care if you own the truck or your a company driver It's there freight so they should just unload it period. As long as there are drivers willling to do this service the warehouse is going to charge them to either unload or he has to unload it himself I have seen many of a tired driver leave after unloading and breaking down all his skids, then has to lie on his log to go get his next pickup
25 years old I think this kid has a lot to learn...CRAZY
