Its the only way to stop Conway from taking away from us. There on a roll now, its not going to stop unless we organize and say enough is enough. It would be great to work under a contract where rules are in black and white and not made up as they go.

Think about it, what would do the union do for us? I don't really think the uinon would change anything. The union is not on omnipotent being that can perform miracles. right now i think going union would cause more harm than good for us. Im not at all happy with the screwing we got a conway recently but i dont think that going union would save us at all.

Well I have heard it all now. For your information union trucking companies have out lasted nonunion trucking companies by decades. Lets talk about futures. Some of you non believers always bring up YRC. Do you know why you morons keep bringing up YRC because they are STILL IN BUSINESS that is why you all keep saying their name.
