we need to go union at conway or we can continue to watch our jobs go to sub-service and cfi we have nothing to loose or guys lets give them 40 % of our pay so we can pay off cfi faster. we still get no return for our money thats right our money that conway took from us we must stand together and say enough.

Some will read your post, especially "let's give them 40% of our pay" and dismiss it as fear mongering. But is it? I think Con-Way has shown repeatedly that they will beat to their own drummer. And they will test waters where no others would dare. I suggest to all Con-Way employees that have been there for any length of time, to evaluate the pendulum, and which way it is swinging. That is, of course, if there are long time drivers left at Con-Way. Out here, on the west coast, all I see are youngsters fresh off the dock, driving for line haul. My point being, if you are going to slow down the ruthless decline of current conditions at Con-Way, there is only one choice to make. Or, you can always wait until you can't afford to feed your kids. It's up to you. Either way, you WILL be crying out for help. Whether it is now or later. Teamster Elvis out....
