Paul Wall not sure if you have noticed but near the bottom of the page there is a section called
UNOFFICIAL PACKAGE CAR COMPANY FORUMS and here you will see sections for package cars.
You can have a look at this as far as ground being o/o's
FedEx Watch - Teamsters Local 25 and FedEx Home
Also take a look at what happens to employess who get fired for union activity.
FedEx Watch - FedEx Freight vs National Labor Relations Board
Yep that's right he got his job back!
Paul Wall it seems you are a bit confused on things and perhaps you could do some reading from the links I have provided. If you can show me proof or something in the form of court orders or something that can make me believe that by trying to organize will either shut the doors or get me fired legally by all means please post something in your reply. I have given you facts my friend and thats what I like to deal with. Just because these companies are big and have deep pockets dont think they can just do what they want. See it's people like yourself that these companies like because they have you believing the exact things you are telling me. FedEx has told it's employees that the decision is up to them. I think they are tired of paying all these fees and losing their battles. If you do some research you will find other cases with the same outcome so this is not by any means the first time they were faced with this situation in court. Have a great day Pauly.
Also FedEx has many hourly employees not just FXF and National.
