Children are not taugh critical thinking, particularly in church schools.

I think it starts at home first. And that is where most of the problems are. Parents just don't give their children the time that they need. How can children learn when they go to school with no respect for adults/teachers?

Did you say church and school in the same sentence? That's a no no in this country. Morals, where are they? Its no wonder the children act the way they do.

Sure. Millions of children go to Catholic and other Christian schools every year. At least until middle school anyhow. As for morals, just watch TV for an hour and what do you see?
