Is there any way I can get fedx stock to replace my ups stock match in my 401??? |

In the face of good comes evil. The concept and theory for unions is correct. At the same time, we the people, need one of two things to happen in this front. One pass more laws that are in favor of labor considering that the last ones passed were 1959 and 1941. Second, hold union officers accountable for there actions and/or job responsibilities.

Fedex is smarter than a Union contract.. Teamsters needed Overnight just to survive.. I mean really, If i paid $100 a week to another COMPANY.. and then they mysteriously lost 32 million of that in five years.. I think My wife would Shoot me.. I've been on the other side of the fence.. I will remain on the Non-Union side of FedEx and sight to stay that way until the end. The Teamsters are not stupid, they are a very smart Pyramid company that preys on grown men.. I can speak for myself, negotiate for myself, and STAND UP for myself.. Been NON-UNION now for 14 years.. and NEVER once lost a days work to a strike or negotiation.. and I make darn good money.. Have great Benefits, a retirement package ect ect ect.. But, thats just me.. sure some of you have it SOOO much better.

BusterNite.. Where do you get all your info? Full of Debt?? It don't take a rocket scientist to pull the actual records of revenue and profit. And the info is not from FedEx.. Its public record.. the info is out there from any corp.. By the way, even if they were full of debt.. the Air-conditioned Tractors with power window and CD players are nice. The new facilitys with shiny floors are nice, the 2006 Toyota forklifts are nice, the Computers available at every terminal for any employee to use in the breakrooms to find info on their benefits, company discounts, driver news, and even access to truckerboards.com (thanks Jeff) is very nice.
