If its true about the 90/90, it seems like Fed Ex feels it needs to give YRC a little push to put them in bankruptcy.
Act of desperation. The only reason they are able to do this is they have their small package business to hold them up. Without it I am sure they would be in tougher posistion financailly also.

Even though I work for New penn I have no problem with what these companies are doing. It's business, YRCW is in desperate trouble and the sharks are circling. It's like a boxer who has someone against the ropes ready to go down, does he stop to let him get himself back together. NO he does everything he can to knock him out...Finish your opponent before he finishes you.
Yeah its seems cruel for us who work for YRCW, but if the roles were reversed, YRCW would do everything it could to crush them. Zollar put us in this financial positon. So place the blame where it belongs.
