as with all companies, FEDEX has some disgruntled employees that would not be happy regardless what they did, but for me personally I like the company and like my job and working conditions....

Are they perfect? Nope, are they as miserable as you outsiders would lead people to believe? Not at my barn and not at any of the terminals I go to a week.

It would not be union members that would choose union membership for you, It would be your own co-workers. (the right to vote)

I have heard this all my life, when some employees are trying to improve the working conditions of what they are facing. Some "company employee" will eventually come along and say, with the company, that these employees are "disgruntled". Or the company will try to brand these employees with a "bad attitude".

Had it been left up to the majority of the "slaves", slavery would still be existing today. It took the intervention of the government, along with the deadliest war that this nation has ever seen, to start the end of slavery.

He will be referring to them as Hitler or Nazis next watch and see...

I have never in my life seen such hatred for a company that people don't have to work for, you would think FEDEX was holding guns to their employees heads forcing them to work for them.

Fedex is a damn good place to work, do they have policies that I would like to see change, of course but overall it is a great place to work.
