In my opinion, this whole issue comes down to money at the top and trust they have for it's front line. It appears they like that line of separation.
Everything else seems to be spun to each others advantage.

I have never in my life seen such hatred for a company that people don't have to work for, you would think FEDEX was holding guns to their employees heads forcing them to work for them.

Fedex is a damn good place to work, do they have policies that I would like to see change, of course but overall it is a great place to work.

That's how I feel here at Estes, it ain't perfect but it's still gravy.

We've got our spoiled brats here to though. I'd like to give 'em a flatbed and let 'em sit a couple of snowy days in a steel mill in Detroit so they could tarp a load in the cold going 150 miles for 30cpm. They'd beg to drive here again...

You guys know that they don't really beleive you're happy...Until they get to make the choices for you..They are not in too good of shape now because Jr has been making choices for them..And they know it..They want more people to go down with their sinking ship..No thanks..Besides they think they are the premo of the freight industry..What they don't mention,is that their management has the ability now to can their butts, just like ours do..And they don't like it one bit..

I just think that when business is good and companies need people a Union can thrive but when the economy is down they don't seem to do so well.

I know those guys have their pension thing going for them and I hope they get every penny of it as they deserve it but other than that, I don't see how the Union is looking after their interests now and it seems they do everything for the company and nothing for the members...

I am an outsider on that issue, but as an outsider, thats the way I see it
