Yeah, I guess they do if you like to: Pay for some of your own heathcare....maybe not even have a pension....have no work rules or Contract that has to be adhered to....have recourse if you're fired unjustly....make the most money per mile....not be pressured to give up your lunch break because the freight has got to go....have real seniority that has to be respected by the Company....

you guys over at fedex need to organize in all divisions in put management in there place so stuff like this doesnt happen stick together and get what you deserve pension healthcare and job protection they are making fools of yous
