Coming up on Tuesday the media seems to be talking up Obama and McCain so if that's the choice I'll be looking for a reasonable common-sense third party candidate. You never waste your vote if you vote your conscience.

Amen! That also includes staying home, and not voting. That's actually a vote in itself, if the parties don't run decent candidates. Some say that "if you don't vote you have no right to complain". Is that any different than saying that the losers have no right to complain? Staying home or voting third party sends a message to the parties. "Run good candidates or lose". No more voting "the lesser of two evils"....

If you pay taxes you have the right to complain regardless if you vote or not

I'm still registered rep. so I'll be voting Ron Paul to stir s*it up and be jumping party lines for the big one. I've had all the neo-con BS I care to take....got NO idea what some of you are looking at, must be living in never-never land, expecting a huge inheritence, hit the lottery, actually corporate ceo's posing as working class joes or just plain SUCKERS.

I vote for the ones who look out for my interests and the best interests of the country. We need to keep jobs in this country and not encourage the constant outsourcing of jobs to boost corporate profits to the detriment of workers in the U.S.

Then you should vote Dem.
They care more. Amnesty will put 20-40 million more people onto the social rolls, increase the competion for jobs driving down wages.
Then, to punish the evil corps, the govt can raise taxes on them. Thus causing more of them to move offshore. To fight this, they can raise tariffs which will destroy foreign trade.

Gee, maybe Bono will have a benefit concert for us.
