Why now? Apparently, the notion of Hope and Change has overwhelmed Serrano to the point that he just can’t stand to see Barack Obama limited to two terms in office. Never mind the fact that Obama has yet to start his first term, and no one knows yet whether he’d get re-elected in 2012. Maybe it’s that New Deal vibe; Serrano may want to prepare the way for a more tangible comparison between Obama and FDR in 2016 and 2020.

4,8,12,16 or just el presidente for life.
No terms limits is part of the problem we have, these hacks are elected for life and lose all touch with those at home.
Instead of eliminating term limits for Prez need to institute term limits for congress and the senate.

Yes..... and while we are at it term limits on federal supreme court judges also.

1st ,2nd , 3rd , 4th , 5th , 22nd all outdated according to some why have a constitution? Why have national sovernty? Why have Boarders? think about that because those that do not want to have any of what I have mentioned have been at work and have thought about it already.

The Tenth was ignorred when we became a huge Federal Government is god.

Billy C signed the Millinial Charter which suggests the UN has Dominion over all men, women, and children in the world; so the Constitution is legally no good now. Libs in the Supreme Court rule not by the Constitution, but by International Law.

Technically, our Constitution was suspended by FDR via the Emergency Banking Act of 1933, allowing the Fed Reserve to print money. Since they are still doing that-- I'd then have to assume it's never been UNsuspended?????

BHO wouldn't even get the Dem Nomination if more Prez Terms were allowed. Big Bill would take it and run.....

Yes....I agree, I am kinda the new guy here on the political thread so I will come on out and say I do see and believe that there has been and is now a concentrated movement behind the scenes by alot of power brokers and political leaders to create a global economy and society.

The constant attack on our beloved constitution is clear evidence of this. The problem we are faced with though is if we come out in mainstream media and declare this we are labeled "paranoid". Then people that watch and believe the likes of CNN etc., that can't even spell the word constitution, adopt that attitude (because they are to lazy to study for themselves) and are led like sheep to slaughter.
