Until it is abolished and stricken from the constitution, which I don't think it will, you have the right to bare arms. Plain and simple.

Keep and bare arms with no exceptions, yes. I hope they bring lots of ammo. But most gun owners will turn them in when the bans take effect, unfortunately. They have no convictions when it comes to a literal fight to keep their rights intact.

Its a simple question, Jimmy. | I'm a simple guy. I don't have one for them to take. I'm considering buying one tho...In my opinion, everyone has the right to carry everything the military has the right to carry. There isn't a special clause in the law for them or us. Pretty simple.

Pretty simple. | We are on the same page. I consider all gun laws illegitmate since the laws don't pass constitutional muster. The Heller decision on the DC handgun ban will have long lasting effects on gun control laws, but it may be too late for it to do much good, so far along the road to fascism or as you say, Marxism, we have come. In the meantime we are left to either use force against these cretins to protect and enforce our rights or turn our rights over to them like sheep.
