If you purchase or use Quickbooks Pro 2008 - I will make available a mock company file that has all entries that you should have to make, all the cities in the item list for per diem and lodging charges. It is set up using PRIME trucking operating Statements so if you are with another company - just e-mail me a copy of your operating statement and I will make sure your entries are also listed.

Each of the accounts is linked to the appropriate Schedule C items for use in preparing your income tax, it will help you and if you choose me to do your taxes all I really would need is a few questions answered and e-mail me the accountant tax report.

There is a charge of $20 for the per diem table since I paid someone to do the acutal inputting. But the company file and accounts is free.
