They would have to equal more than 2% of your income to even write them down. Plus it's on the long form, which you may not qualify for.

If you are an OTR company driver you are entitled to per diem and lodging and any items you purchase for use in the truck that were not provided by the employer. Of course all of that has to be greater than your standard deduction to do you any good as it would have to come off a Schedule A. If you usually file Schedule A then it would help you.
