i went today to a doctors office to get my physical and i checked i have sleep apnea in one of the boxes. the nurse told me i had to get a letter from my doctor saying i was ok to drive. i told her ive been using it for 2 years now and i was getting good sleep. she said i had to get it or i wouldn't be able take the physical. im going to see a doctor at the clinic i go to and ask the doctor to give me a letter. the sleep doctor takes a bout 6 months to get in to see him. does any one no if i can get my doctor i see at the clinic to write me a letter are will i haft to get one from the sleep doctor? i tryed to get appointment at the clinic to get my dot physical but the receptionist said they don't do dot physicals there. i no they do physicals for sports theres not much difference i wouldn't think . i might just go to a truck stop where they have a doctors office and get it done there if im told i have to wait.i need to get making some money and get back on the road soonest.
