I'd say this was a case of beinging in the wrong place at the wrong time,and the 4 wheeler ramming a semi,that had to come to a stop on the highway due to fallen wires in front of him.
Which were caused to fall after an electrical transformer blew up on the road side.
We never know anytime we go out in our vehicle what fait my hold for us.
