There are no significant delays for drivers so far after the shutdown of a 5-mile stretch of Interstate 64 in the St. Louis area for a massive reconstruction project.Missouri Department of Transportation officials say the 535 million dollar project is the single largest contract in the agency's history. The project will last two years, with one 5-mile stretch of the interstate closing today for a year and a second during 2009.
