Device blamed for E-ZPass overcharges at Baltimore tunnel

The Maryland Transportation Authority says a malfunctioning axle-counting device mistakenly overcharged some E-ZPass users at Baltimore's Fort McHenry Tunnel.The agency is reviewing transactions that took place while the equipment was malfunctioning in December and will credit accounts when appropriate.
