Toll Road reopens after fatal accident

State police have identified a truck driver who was killed in a crash that closed the Indiana Toll Road's eastbound lanes for nearly 12 hours.State police say four tractor trailers and a car lost control on the ice east of LaPorte and one truck driver was killed. State police identified the victim as 41-year-old Fosciak Z. Wojciech of Mount Prospect, Illinois.
