Legislative leaders and Gov. Timothy M. Kaine agreed Sunday to try to rebuild the freshly voided provisions of the transportation funding law within a week.Kaine and several House and Senate leaders from both parties met for about 30 minutes to assess the wreckage of the General Assembly's 2007 transportation funding act.
