Pa. turnpike seeks private funds to finish Mon-Fayette Expressway

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission wants private money to help fund a 24-mile section of road considered key to revitalizing western Pennsylvania.The turnpike approved Tuesday running advertisements asking for private funds for the toll road, called the Mon-Fayette Expressway.
