The Delaware Department of Transportation says workers will soon be removing the approaches for the scrapped Indian River Inlet Bridge project.Bids are being taken for the contract to remove the mounds of dirt and work is expected to begin on the site in April. The dirt is being removed because the embankments were found to be shifting and settling.
