Members of the National Transportation Safety Board say partisan politics weren't a factor in the 3-2 decision against holding a public hearing on the Interstate 35W bridge collapse.The board's decision was split along party lines, and has been criticized by Sen. Amy Klobuchar and Rep. Jim Oberstar - both Democrats.
