Last night’s information session for commuters in North Stafford was heavy on numbers and letters. There are 1,600 new commuter parking spaces slated for the State Route 610 area. A new Interstate 95 interchange at State Route 630, near the Stafford Hospital Center, could cost $167 million. The project needs $140 million in funding.
