A motorcycle crash near the Woodrow Wilson Bridge has brought traffic to a standstill Tuesday afternoon. All lanes of the Inner Loop of the Beltway are blocked.
"This is going to take a while," says WTOP Traffic Reporter Bob Marbourg.
Rescue units from Maryland and Virginia are on the way. Emergency personnel and officials are asking all motorists to stay off the shoulders.
