Dulles Rail: Down? Out for 2008? - VA

The Virginia State Supreme Court has thrown yet another monkey wrench into Gov. Tim Kaine’s plan to finance the state’s portion of the 23 mile construction of a rail to Dulles International Airport and perhaps a struck a blow that could delay construction, at least for 2008.
