Post Va. DOT subcontractor dies while working on bridge
A subcontractor for the Virginia Department of Transportation died while powerwashing in an elevator shaft above the Benjamin Harrison Bridge southeast of Richmond.Virginia State Police identified the victim as 30-year-old Joao Celso Palamar of Newark, New Jersey.
