Former PennDOT secretary recommends combination of funding solutions - PA
Jim Szymborski this morning laid out the dollar amounts needed for four major infrastructure-improvement projects within the greater Harrisburg area. Projects needed or in progress along Interstate 83, Interstate 81, Routes 15/581 and Route 283 total nearly $3 billion. There is not enough money available to foot the bill, he said.
