Post (Pennsylvania) Turnpike leasing plan stalled


Governor Rendell has been trying to fund a new transportation bill and leasing the Pennsylvania Turnpike was one way he thought he could do it. As CBS 21's Jaime Meyers explains, enough lawmakers decided to put on the brakes and the plan to lease the Turnpike is officially stalled.
