 Dec. 4 is day in court for hours arguments

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia will hear oral arguments Dec. 4 on a challenge to the current hours-of-service rule.
A three-judge panel will allow 20 minutes of oral arguments for the plaintiffs, Public Citizen and the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, and another 20 minutes for the defendant, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, according to the court docket.
