 Solo truckers exempted from Ohio smoking ban / Update

Truckers who smoke alone in their cabs will be exempted from Ohio's new anti-smoking law.
After facing a barrage of criticism from drivers and the trucking industry, the state Health Department exempted solo drivers from the ban on workplace smoking. Truck drivers who have a passenger, though, would be prohibited from smoking.
