Mexican Truck Explodes 1/2 hour after collision

The driver allegedly did not tell anyone he had dynamite, and did nothing to warn people to stay away from the truck. 37 killed, all by the explosion.

Does the U.S. really think that they can stop this kind of thing from happening on our highways?

This is what we have to look forward to. They do not use placards in their own country, and we do not have enough border patrol to ensure they use them in ours.

I hate to say it, but I seriously hope that something like this wakes the brain surgeons in Washington up (by doing this to a bus full of congress and senators).

They have finally shown pictures of this thing, and it was a utility body pick up. Big Rob's point is still a good one, since in the US, this vehicle would have been placarded.

Something like this in the US is not supposed to happen. Mexican drivers (supposedly)are not allowed to transport hazmat in the US. We'll see how long that holds water.
