The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be closing multiple lanes on southbound Interstate 5 from Paradise Cut to Gaffery Road in San Joaquin County.

Work will begin on Monday, July 28, 2008, through Friday, August 1, 2008, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.

Crews will be paving the roadway in this location.

Motorists should expect 20 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change based on weather conditions.

The contractor for this $2.5 million project is Teichert Construction of Stockton, CA.
