TRAFFIC ADVISORY
ARCH ROAD TO BE CLOSED TO THROUGH TRAFFIC AT STATE ROUTE 99

San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be replacing the in-roadway lights under State Route 99 (SR-99) at Arch Road. Ramps will be open; however, Arch Road under SR-99 will be closed.

Motorists traveling on northbound SR-99 who are trying to reach westbound Arch Road should continue northbound on SR-99, exit on Mariposa Road, and re-enter the freeway heading south on SR-99 and then exit at Arch Road.

Motorists traveling on southbound SR-99 who are trying to reach eastbound Arch Road should continue southbound on SR-99, exit on French Camp Road, and re-enter the freeway heading north on SR-99 and then exit at Arch Road.

Work will begin on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at 9:00 p.m. through Thursday, October 23, 2008, at 6:00 a.m.

Motorists can expect delays. Alternate routes should be taken.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change based on weather conditions.
