JHT Holdings Emerges From Chapter 11 (TruckingInfo.com)

11/4/2008 JHT Holdings, Kenosha, Wis., announced that it has successfully emerged from Chapter 11 and named Michael Testman as its new CEO. In June, the company reached agreement with its lenders to restructure its balance sheet through a voluntary, pre-negotiated Chapter 11 reorganization.
